Timely *and* interesting — in astrology, one’s rising sign/Ascendent is the mask one presents to the world, how one is interpreted (and usually why at parties people guessing your sun sign get it wrong — they’re only seeinig one’s rising sign). The sun is who you truly are, inside, deep down.
I’ve been working diligently on getting my sun sign and my ascendent not to match, that would be astrologically impossible unless they were already the same sign (like Leo Rising/Leo Sun). But to agree, to synergize, to complement.
And now, today’s Prompt — maybe I’m on to something here.

The more the merrier – in shamanic astrology, the ascendeant is your tribe – your school, the sun your fuel,and for a woman your venus – the goddess you are exploring – all create who you are and are evolving to be…? thanks very inspirational way to start the day!
